You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to submit a return request. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns outside of this period, so please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you have any concerns.
We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible, items must be brand new, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documents included. Items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition may not be accepted.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You will need to arrange and cover the cost of sending the item back to us using a trackable postal service of your choice. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not charge any restocking fees.
To get started, send us an email at support@wildemaestudio.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and get back to you with a return authorisation and clear instructions on where to send your item. Once you have your instructions, securely repack your item in its original packaging and send it back using a trackable postal service.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Please allow a little extra time for the amount to appear on your statement, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Any product that falls under this category will be clearly noted in its product description before purchase.
